Lead Sourcing Coordinator

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sourcing coordinator. In this role, you will: Support performance and overall effectiveness of Contracts Negotiation teams, as well as cross-group acquisitions including negotiation reassignment on high risk contracts, due diligence participation and review of closing agreements Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Sourcing Perform or guide others on complex contract negotiation and supplier relationships of high risk that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to Contracts Negotiation teams Lead or contribute to improving delivery, timeliness and efficiency of services that require coordination among various groups Provide subject matter expertise to immediate team and Sourcing on wide range of information Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Sourcing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong experience in Supply Chain Management. Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiating vendor legal terms and conditions Strong Experience in negotiation of commercial terms. Job Expectations:    Develops Strategic Sourcing strategies and lead contract negotiations for medium to high-risk products / services. Well versed with contract principles and drafts non-standard contract terms and conditions Review, draft and negotiate Master Agreements, Statement of Works, Change Orders, Amendments and similar contracts   Research vendor contracts to identify existing relationships, rights, risks and proactively identifies and analyzes cost savings opportunities. Identifies and escalates risk-related issues and identifies alternative options/solutions. Maintains current status and engagement information related to active engagements in Strategic Sourcing systems. Ensures meeting all internal policies pertaining to contracts Ensure contracts clearly specify the right and responsibilities of each party to the contract Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as data protection including customer supervisory information (CSI), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) to protect customer personal information, etc. Develop Sourcing strategies and contract negotiations Review and analyze contract data, business goals and market conditions to identify cost saving opportunities Achieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to ensure appropriate language is used to achieve final lease documents Research and respond to internal or external inquiries Posting End Date:   24 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
