Responsibilities Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and intuitive Power BI dashboards that provide critical insights into training operations performance and effectiveness. Data Integration & Management: Integrate diverse data sources, including Spotfire and Smartsheet, into unified analytics platforms to create a comprehensive view of training data. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Apply data visualization, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills to identify trends, evaluate workforce deployment models, and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Contribute to identifying performance trends and areas for improvement in training delivery and internal customer experiences. Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making within the training department. Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with various teams to understand data needs, gather requirements, and present analytical findings clearly and concisely. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
