The role combines deep technical expertise, customer engagement, cloud operations leadership, and technical governance. The TSM is responsible for driving customer success, platform health, operational excellence, and long-term value realization across the entire customer lifecycle.Working closely with Customer Success, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams, the TSM ensures customers receive a proactive, connected, and outcome-focused experience.
