Responsibilities - 50% of the role focuses on tracking and monitoring project performance metrics, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and up to date. - Work closely with cross-functional (xFN) teams and stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate data for regular performance reporting. - Prepare and maintain performance reports, trackers, and dashboards to support business reviews and operational decision-making. - 50% of the role focuses on managing operational requests and tickets, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders to follow up and drive timely resolution. - Identify operational issues, data discrepancies, and recurring requests, and work with relevant teams to improve processes and operational efficiency. - Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and operational workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. - Support ad hoc operational initiatives and projects that contribute to team efficiency and business performance.
