THE JOB: As a   Gourmet Food Runner   for   Carbone   at   Aria , you will be responsible for setting the stage for a world-class, theatrical dining experience by swiftly and accurately delivering dishes to the correct guests in our high-energy environment. Acting as a vital liaison between the kitchen and our Captains, you will orchestrate the precise timing of courses and clearly communicate special requests or item availability, leveraging your comprehensive menu knowledge to address guest questions regarding ingredients and allergies.
