Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Value Transformation Office is seeking a dynamic and proactive team member to support Program Management. This role focuses on enabling an effective “Activist PMO” and supporting the governance and accountability necessary to achieve Clorox’s Cost Savings (CS) and Net Revenue Management (NRM) objective. In this role, you will: Enterprise Value Delivery: Support the Associate Director of Program Management to maintain and improve a unified approach, language, and process for tracking enterprise value delivery. Performance Transparency: Ensure clear visibility into the performance and progress of cost savings and NRM initiatives. Consistent and Centralized Reporting: Produce consistent, digestible reports on Cost Savings /NRM progress for all organizational levels, from executive updates to detailed execution support. Serve as the “single source of truth” for all reporting activities. Value Transformation Project Support : Support VTO work on discreet NRM and Cost Savings projects based on need and total value. Program Management Best Practices: Infrastructure Evolution: Administer value tracking software , Power BI Reports, and other necessary tools within the VTO and across the enterprise to support VTO program management infrastructure. Stage Gate Process: Champion consistent stage gate structure/process to ensure rigorous onboarding of CS /NRM projects, including complete business cases and identified key project milestones. Supporting the “Activist PMO” mindset, enforcing best practices when necessary. Knowledge Management: Maintain the V TO SharePoint site, capture training sessions, and formalize job aids to institutionalize key processes. Pipeline Development and Program Health Initiative Tracking: Partner with other VTO teams to monitor a multi-year pipeline of value delivery initiatives. Pipeline Monitoring: Regularly review the pipeline to ensure sufficiency, identify opportunity areas early, and highlight key focus areas. What we look for: *External talent is required to have PMP or CAPM, and CPG background experience for review and consideration. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, finance, and/or data analytics. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office /SQL/Other database environments/ PowerBI , etc. and an ability to understand how each tool functions to enable desired outcomes. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate detailed financial and process-related information to a broad group of cross-functional stakeholders. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Industry Experience: Experience in consumer-packaged goods or consumer industries is a plus, but not required . Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues/solutions to multiple organizational levels in a highly cross-functional environment. Process Orientation: Strong process orientation with a basic understanding of program management techniques, methodologies, and best practices. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and influence across a range of functions, teams, and levels. Strategic View: Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders.
