Senior Inventory Control Specialist

Are you ready to take ownership of inventory control at a strategic level? We are looking for a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to join our ESST Supply Chain team in Tallinn.    In this role, you will drive process improvements, lead automation initiatives, ensure full compliance across our stocktaking operations, and mentor fellow specialists. You'll also lead individual projects while taking an end-to-end view of our Supply Chain and Material Handling processes.   This is your opportunity to shape how inventory management works at ESST, with real impact on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Identify and propose new technologies and methods to improve inventory management, including benchmarking with other Ericsson entities and external companies   Lead improvement and automation projects related to inventory management and stocktaking operations   Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation for the stocktaking team   Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and global and local regulatory requirements — including ownership of SOX control reporting   Plan and coordinate regular and annual stocktaking activities at ESST   Collaborate with the MH Process Control Specialist to identify process risks for inventory discrepancies and develop mitigation plans   Analyze stock data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and drive corrective actions   Own and drive stocktaking KPIs and performance indicators   Lead internal inventory control audits at ESST and participate in audits as required   Train and onboard new stocktaking specialists       What You Will Bring     Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Material Handling – previous working experience in Inventory Control is a plus!   High-level knowledge of SOX and relevant inventory control regulations, policies, and procedures   Strong analytical skills - able to use data to drive decisions and improvements   Proven track record of leading and delivering improvement projects   Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy   Strong organizational and time management skills   Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders   Proficiency in English – B1 level of Russian knowledge is an advantage   SAP/ERP experience; PowerBI dashboard creation skills are a strong advantage       Please note, only local (Estonia based) applicants will be considered as there is no relocation on offer.    This advertisement covers multiple vacancies.
