The OFSE Finance organization plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making through disciplined planning, performance insights, and enterprise-wide collaboration As a Finance Senior Manager – FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting support for corporate functions, business units, and P&L organizations. You will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights, support operational and strategic decisions, and drive financial performance across the organization. As a Finance Senior Manager – FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for: Leading the team and managing the end‑to‑end financial planning cycle, including LRP, AP for Corporate Functions Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across Finance, People & Culture, and Executive Leadership functions. Analyzing business performance, identifying trends and risks, and recommending corrective actions to achieve financial targets and organizational objectives. Overseeing and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of monthly financial close activities while maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Serving as a trusted business partner to functional leaders by providing guidance on projects, financial analyses, business processes, and operational procedures. Partnering with operational and functional leadership teams to communicate financial performance, support purchasing activities, and drive planning and forecasting initiatives. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision‑making. Contributing to cross‑functional business initiatives as a key team member. To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Experience in FP&A Operations. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Possess strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Be capable of leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Possess effective problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
