Job Title: Workforce Software Senior Consultant Location- Syracuse, NY(Remote) Job Description: Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant /Solution Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance modules. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design

Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs. Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints. Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.

Implementation & Configuration

Configure WFS modules (Time, Scheduling, ACT, Forecasting). Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL. Perform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.
