The Role
Your role As an Asset Manager, you will own the end to end management of technology assets across their lifecycle, from planning and acquisition through deployment, optimization, and retirement. Your focus will be on accuracy, control, and value realization, ensuring assets are tracked, governed, and used in a way that supports service delivery, financial accountability, and customer outcomes. You will work at the intersection of operations, finance, procurement, and delivery teams, translating asset data into clear actions that reduce risk, control cost, and improve operational efficiency. What you will do •Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including intake, deployment, changes, and retirement •Maintain accurate and auditable asset records within enterprise asset management systems •Monitor asset utilization and compliance, identifying gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities •Partner with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to align asset data with contracts, forecasts, and service requirements •Support audits and internal controls by providing traceable, up to date asset documentation •Analyze asset trends and produce clear reporting to support operational and financial decision making •Define and follow standard asset management processes to ensure consistency across services and accounts •Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify asset tracking and reduce manual effort Your Future at Kyndryl Becoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths.
