As a Lending Transaction Associate Sr, within PNC's EF Documentation Direct organization, you will be based in the PNC Footprint. Core Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am ET – 5:00 pm ET. Standard computer proficiency is expected, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel. Prior commercial lending, equipment finance, loan documentation, leasing, banking operations, or similar transaction-processing experience is preferred. Experience with commercial lending and equipment finance platforms such as ACBS, LeaseWave, NextGen, CapitalStream, DocuSign, or comparable systems is also preferred. The Lending Transaction Associate Sr in Equipment Finance Documentation Direct is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loan and lease transactions from documentation through closing and post-closing, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role reviews approved transaction structures and prepares complex financing documentation, coordinates closely with internal business partners, customers, vendors, legal counsel, and other external parties to facilitate timely execution and funding, and proactively monitors transaction pipelines to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met. The associate identifies and resolves documentation issues, exceptions, and potential risks, escalating concerns as appropriate to support sound risk management practices. Responsibilities include overseeing document execution, validating funding readiness, completing closing and post-closing activities, maintaining accurate transaction records and systems, and ensuring all required documentation is obtained and properly retained. Additionally, the role supports operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, assists with training and mentoring less experienced team members, and serves as a subject matter resource while delivering a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, reviewing detailed documentation with a high degree of accuracy, and collaborating effectively with a broad range of internal and external partners.
