Responsibilities During your internship, you will: - Support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design roles—including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and market talent profiles. - Assist with sourcing efforts (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, event leads, etc.) and engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach. - Help manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless, positive experience. - Assist with recruiting operations, including opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating interview notes and candidate status in our ATS. - Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, talent strategy syncs, and project-based work. - Contribute to process improvements and documentation across candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and recruiting workflows. - Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, or talent market research as assigned. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners across different time zones.
