The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. Directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, corrective and preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations. Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department’s attention. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. What you’ll do
Leadership & Strategy
Serve as senior representation of the Central European (CE) Account Team, representing Lam with customers, and internal Account Team (AT) leadership Support Account Team (AT) with executing Ops strategy aligned with AT goals Drive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operations
Responsible for ramp readiness and resource escalation management for the site/AT. Responsible for upgrade evaluation / execution from forecasting till invoicing. Ensuring right number of resources with the right training are available to meet AT and customer needs. Own site-level performance metrics, including safety, cost, and quality for the CE team working at the sites your supporting Ensure stable, scalable service operations
Financial & Business Management
Primary liaison in streamlining AT/site ramp operations with EMEA Business Operations and Planning. Work closely with CE Business Ops in demand forecasting and headcount planning for the site/AT Be fully up-to-date on business for the specific Account Team and act as primary advisor providing insights to Regional Operations management.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards. Champion Environmental Health Safety (EHS) excellence and zero-incident culture. Partner with quality teams to ensure robust systems and customer satisfaction.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Support audits, customer visits, and management reviews. Align site priorities with customer commitments and business needs. Who we’re looking for
Technical certification /Diploma or university degree, preferably in electric-mechanical or electronic engineering / Masters
5-7+ years in the service business, preferably in semiconductor equipment industry, plus 2-3 years of managerial experience. Customer management and business experience would be a very valuable plus.
