What You Will Do * Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC & Router machining operations, as well as sheet metal part programming, using CAM applications such as Mastercam, UG NX, and RADAN. Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting. Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs). Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements. Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models. Select cutting tools using machining parameters based on materials and aerospace manufacturing standards. Support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards. Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and manufacturing tracking.

Qualifications
You Must Have * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM programming. Practical knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machining operations. Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam and NX. Understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with shop-floor tooling, setups, and manufacturing workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Qualifications
We Prefer Experience working with aerospace or high-precision engineering components. Exposure to AS9100 quality management systems. Hands-on experience with CNC Lathe, VMC/HMC machines and controllers. Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding systems. Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement techniques. Experience with ERP/SAP systems in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of engineering materials and their applications. Experience using Teamcenter PLM systems.
