Appian Developer- Manager

What you will be responsible for As an Appian Developer you will - Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered. - Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms - Design data models - Defining architectural and development standards  for the project in adherence to Appian and client's best practices - Able to do the Appian application deployments - Performing frequent code reviews and ensuring quality of the overall delivery - Performing User Acceptance Testing with business users, BA - Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements - Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role - 6 to 8 Years of experience in Architecture/Design and Development using Appian (Appian Level 1 Credential preferred) - Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java - Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) - Experience in Distributed environments - Experience in working with at least one external integration, i.e. Web Services. - Good logical and analytical reasoning ability - Good team player - Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with a global team Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience as a Client Solutions Architect 5+ years of experience in Architecture/Design and Development using Appian (Appian Level 1 Credential preferred) Experience with Process Engineering, Low Code solutions, and demonstratable AI and ML implementations Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) Experience in Distributed environments Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered. Understanding of State Street’s custody, accounting, insurance, and front-to-back (Alpha) technologies. Excellent program management experience including plan definition, budgeting, and execution.
