Job Description
Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Product Manager, you will: • Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. • Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap. • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery. • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined group of Human Resources technology products in the compensation and payroll space. • Engage COEs to help understand, shape, inform and drive strategy • Identify and translate business, customer, and market opportunities into a prioritized product development roadmap that enables effective execution against established OKRs. • Following agile methodology, the Product Manager prioritizes the employee and manager experience while working with configuration, analytics, risk and other teams to seamlessly deliver business and customer outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: - Five years' Workday Human Capital Management Compensation and Payroll experience Preferred Qualifications/Experience: • Experience managing Workday Compensation and Payroll products, including integration and support of related vendor platforms such as ADP, Fidelity, Neeyamo, and other Total Rewards technologies. • Proven experience leading HR technology products, with a strong understanding of how technology, business processes, data, and operating models work together to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Ability to develop and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps, including product discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, performance measurement, and continuous improvement. • Strong understanding of customer experience principles, including user research, journey analysis, change management, and adoption strategies that improve employee and manager experiences. • Demonstrated ability to assess evolving business needs, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that create business value. • Experience defining success metrics, analyzing product performance, and using data-driven insights to inform prioritization, optimization, and investment decisions. • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and sustainable solutions. • Working knowledge of Agile product management practices, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, iterative delivery, and cross-functional team collaboration. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, technology governance, risk management, compliance, and controls within an enterprise environment.
