Project Delivery & Execution
Provide planning and technical coordination support to help ensure the successful delivery of organizational projects. Contribute to the execution of the PRS strategy and support adherence to LeanPD principles and processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to help achieve project goals related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and key PMO metrics (LOT, LOC, LOQ, NPI Health). Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with colleagues across engineering, operations, quality, and other functions. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource plans, and forecasts, while providing regular updates on project progress. Identify potential project risks and support mitigation activities to help ensure effective governance and compliance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance project methodologies, processes, products, and ways of working. Support the Engineering Manager in delivering LEAP projects on time and contribute to the successful execution of VAVE initiatives.

What your background should look like
Technical background - Engineer with university degree or equivalent 4+ years of professional experience in Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP) Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams Ability to form strong Teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills Proactive, resilient, and self-confident Good English and German knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting
