We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work.     Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is a three-day experience designed to provide early exposure to careers in finance and business . T hrough interactive workshops, business overviews, technical skill-building sessions, case studies, mentorship opportunities , and networking events, participants will gain insight into Blackstone’s businesses, culture, and the investment process.      Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with professionals across Blackstone, connect with members of our Employee Resource Groups, and learn about the skills and experiences that contribute to our success in the industry. Participants will also learn more about Blackstone’s Summer Analyst opportunities and the recruiting process.      Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is open to current sophomores graduating betwee n Fall 2028 – Spring 2029 , who are interested in exploring careers in financial services. Participation in the program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
