Job Duties and Responsbilities: Chart assembly, chart analysism coding. Qualifications
Certified Professional Coder Requirements: Registered Health Information technician certification or Certified Professional Coder certification or equivalent is REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of coding and/or medical records experience preferred.
