ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. Learn more about what we do in Houston here What role you will play on our team Exxon Mobil Corporation is looking for a Process Integration Lead to establish a disciplined approach to supply chain support across multiple assets with varying levels of maturity, systems and operating models. This role serves as the integrator between site teams and supply chain resources, ensuring the right initiatives are prioritized and executed to maximize business value. What you will do
Provide supply chain support by developing a deep understanding of asset-specific needs, drive stakeholder alignment, and deploy supply chain capabilities efficiently across the organization.
Assess supply chain maturity, capabilities, processes, systems and organizational needs across multiple assets. Develop a comprehensive understanding of asset-specific business priorities before committing resources. Define scope boundaries and operating models for supply chain support. Identify gaps, constraints and opportunities to improve supply chain performance and business outcomes. Determine the most effective method for deploying supply chain capabilities, including: Leveraging existing supply chain resources Developing field-based supply chain capabilities Utilizing targeted subject matter expert
