With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to delivering solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards for performance and reliability.   THE WORK Analyzing and interpreting electrical, electromechanical, and cable schematics during development and production stages Updating and creating assembly work instructions for efficient assembly based on the drawings and/or models Publishing work instructions to the production floor for use Identifying and maintaining tool lists required for the efficient assembly of the given products.  Investigating technical problems and providing guidance to manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing failures and helping to implement corrective actions Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process Providing input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques Working in close collaboration and guidance of Subject Matter Experts in the implementation of manufacturing functional improvements Adhering to existing functional process and procedures related to manufacturing engineering Performs in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. Creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions. Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence. Evaluates performance (including IoT devices, etc.) of equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence. Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
