Job Title Senior Process Improvement Analyst, Settlement Operations About your role: As a Senior Process Improvement Analyst, Settlement Operations within the Settlement Controls and Solutions Global AI & Automation Center of Excellence, you will support the automation, measurement, and standardization of settlement operations across North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, analyze settlement activities, and help drive the adoption of automation and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
Support multiple projects and initiatives by tracking activities, maintaining project documentation, monitoring milestones, and providing status updates. Assist in the intake, documentation, and evaluation of automation and process improvement requests to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures. Analyze global settlement, reconciliation, and exception data to identify trends, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. Support the development and maintenance of reporting and metrics related to settlement operations and automation performance, including benefit tracking and operational efficiency measurements. Maintain documentation and inventories of automation solutions, including process details, ownership information, dependencies, and support requirements. Partner with regional teams to support process standardization efforts and encourage adoption of new tools and operational practices. Assist with training initiatives for new processes and tools, keeping teams engaged and participating through change. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy across settlement operations. Experience you'll need to have: 4+ years of experience analyzing business processes, identifying operational issues, supporting process improvement initiatives and/or similar discipline Experience supporting automation, workflow improvement, or operational transformation initiatives. Experience analyzing and interpreting operational data to support decision-making, performance measurement, or a related discipline Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and management of large data sets Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience Experience that would be great to have: Experience creating process documentation, procedures, training materials, or operational guides preferred. Experience in settlement, payments, treasury, or cash management operations. Experience with internal controls, audit activities, or compliance processes. Experience in a center of excellence, shared services, or global process role. Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to operational processes, including how candidates are assessed, controlled, and monitored after go-live. Experience with treasury management systems or enterprise resource planning platforms. Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting in Power BI or a similar tool. How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment. Travel: Approximately 20 %
