Job Description
Key Responsibilities Professional Services & Client Delivery Support the delivery of professional surveying services to a diverse range of clients. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, recommendations and client deliverables. Undertake research, data analysis and market reviews to support business activities. Attend client meetings and assist in developing long-term client relationships. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and assignments across the business. Property & Market Analysis Gather and analyse property, financial and market information. Assist in the preparation of valuations, inspections, surveys and advisory reports, as applicable to your team. Develop an understanding of market trends, legislation and industry best practice. Support due diligence activities and data management processes. Commercial & Operational Support Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple service lines. Assist with project administration, budgeting and reporting activities where required. Support business development initiatives and client presentations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures. Learning & Development Participate fully in Cushman & Wakefield's Graduate Development Programme. Build technical knowledge across the commercial property sector. Attend internal and external training sessions, workshops and networking events. Seek opportunities to broaden experience through collaboration with other departments and projects. Qualifications
Essential Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Construction, or a related discipline. Eligibility to commence or continue the SCSI/RICS APC pathway. Strong academic background with a genuine interest in commercial real estate. Desirable Relevant internship, placement or work experience within the property industry. Understanding of the Irish commercial property market. Skills & Competencies The successful candidate will demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
