Description The Coordinator, Fragrance Development provides high-level program support to the VP, Corporate Fragrance Development, the Fragrance Development Team and the Fragrance R&I Teams, ensuring efficient project support and maintenance of ongoing daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The candidate should be self-motivated and have an interest in the fragrance and the beauty industry. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Liaise with Fragrance Houses and brands / product marketing on all brand sampling requests for forecasting and other market requests Responsible for all fragrance meeting preparation with brand leadership, founders and designers including sample requests and materials preparation. Organize, file and maintain all liquid fragrance samples by brand and program Responsible for setting up all liquid development evaluations for the VP Responsible for setting up all key bath & body, home evaluations supporting the ED Responsible for the upkeep and organization of all fragrance development spaces. Organize, file and maintain all fragrance standards, pilots and production samples. Support the Director on approvals and communication to key functions. Maintain and update all fragrance trackers, intellectual property and description files in SharePoint. Responsible for coordinating between R&I, fragrance houses and PD on all fragrance approval materials to accelerate timelines. Responsible for coordinating all sensory evaluations and panels for PD including share out of results and reporting. Responsible for coordinating all fragrance reformulation paperwork and communicating amongst key stakeholders. Responsible for coordinating and deploying competitive brand reports and market insights to key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong interest in the fragrance category and eager to learn about the art and science of fragrance development 1 year + experience in a related field Ability to be on-site 4-5 days a week Must be computer proficient with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must have excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills that will translate across the organization. Highly motivated, pragmatic and action oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills & professionalism - ability to communicate with external companies and all levels of management. Must be able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing, fast-paced and demanding office environment with a positive attitude and team mentality Pay Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
