Red Chris is an open-pit copper-gold mine in the famous Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia, situated on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Currently an active open-pit producer, Red Chris is poised for an exciting transformation – we are developing a high-value underground block cave that will extend the mine’s life for decades and unlock even more resources. The remote location fosters a close-knit “camp” community where safety and teamwork come first. We are seeking a Casual Advanced Care Paramedic to join our team at Red Chris, providing critical frontline medical support in a dynamic remote mining environment.

As an Advanced Care Paramedic, you will be a critical member of the onsite medical team, providing advanced emergency and occupational healthcare services in a remote mining environment. Your expertise will support emergency response, injury prevention, health promotion, and patient care coordination, helping ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel at Brucejack.

As Part of the Team

• Provide advanced emergency medical care, including trauma response, patient stabilization, and advanced life support.

• Manage occupational injuries and illnesses, delivering timely assessment and treatment.

• Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and operate cardiac monitoring equipment in accordance with medical protocols.
