Develop a team of product engineers to address product & multi-variable problems within Drive Unit System in close collaboration with cross-functional teams Empower the team to solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques and Design of Experiments (DoE) Enforce data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues Establish technical depth in Electric Drive Unit hardware & its interface with other systems within the team Create an environment of trust & efficient work culture within the team to deliver impactful results Manage conflicts/escalation from several functions in the plant with competing priorities Develop organizational processes and tools to improve productivity & enable the team to hold other functions in the plant accountable to meet design intent Empower the team to execute product change
