Job Description • Develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards • Manage a team of testers and QA specialists to ensure efficient and effective testing processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria • Conduct testing activities to identify and address defects in software products • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements • Implement automated testing tools and processes to streamline testing efforts • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance.
