Join the Partnerships Conversions Product team and be at the forefront of a major modernization program seeking to revolutionize how we convert credit card portfolios to Capital One.  This is a high-impact role where you will: Own the Strategy: Drive the development and delivery of features and capabilities that position our Conversion services to be Agentic AI-ready to support future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise. Build Next-Generation Software: Lead the charge in creating the next evolution of software that makes Conversions easier and faster for converting Customers and the Business. Lead a Team: Lead a team of Product Managers driving key outcomes and experiences as part of the Discover backbook conversion program This position offers significant exposure to Leadership and the unique opportunity to influence major results that directly impact the success of Capital One's Partnerships business and beyond. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management   McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management   Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
