We are looking for a new Applications and Database Specialist employee to be based in Tczew Summary: Primary Objective: Ensure the reliability, availability, and continuous operation of business applications, including ERP, MES, HR, and Financial Systems. What a typical day looks like: Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and support of business applications and system functionalities. Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications. Collaborate with external vendors, internal consultants, Key Users, and Help Desk teams to ensure seamless system operations. Develop and support business solutions that improve productivity and user experience. Define and implement procedures and technical solutions to enhance system performance, stability, standardization, and security. Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. Administration of enterprise system databases (Microsoft SQL Server) Prepare and maintain technical, functional, and process documentation for business applications and implemented solutions. The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field 2-5 years experience in IT business analyst function and database administration responsibilities Good Polish & English language skills Eligibility to work in Poland Preferred Qualifications:   Experience with ERP, MES, HR, or Financial Systems administration and support. Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools. Experience working with business users, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. ITIL®, ERP, or other relevant application/platform certifications are an advantage.
