What is The Role

Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business goals. We’re looking for someone who not only has solid technical skills in ServiceNow but also thrives in an Agile environment and is eager to drive ongoing improvement and innovation. • Design and build across the platform - Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP and help shape how ServiceNow exposes its data and actions to other systems.

• Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production - configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.
