We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Program Manager, AI Transformation & Business Innovation to lead high-impact transformation initiatives that help scale AI adoption, accelerate business outcomes, and build repeatable capabilities across a global organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, operational excellence, and execution. You will work across business leaders, engineering teams, operations teams, and field organizations to identify opportunities, design scalable programs, and drive measurable business impact. Success requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, influence at all levels of the organization, and turn vision into operational reality. The Small & Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) organization focuses on serving 400M small and medium enterprise customers globally through digital sales managed accounts, field specialist teams, demand response motions, and a broad partner network. The mission of Global Sales Enablement & Operations (GS&O) within SME&C is to accelerate our customers’ AI transformation and growth by delivering global GTM strategy & execution, driving customer success, fostering execution at scale, and transforming SME&C into the world’s leading AI frontier salesforce. Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs that accelerate AI adoption and modernize business processes across a global organization. Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, define business cases, prioritize investments, and translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps. Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies that drive consistent execution across regions, business groups, and functions. Define success criteria, key performance indicators, and measurement strategies to quantify business impact, adoption, productivity gains, and transformation outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts, building executive alignment and driving organizational readiness for new ways of working. Leverage data, business intelligence, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and continuously improve programs. Partner with technical, product, and business teams to operationalize AI solutions, agentic experiences, and workflow innovations that create measurable customer and employee value. Establish and lead rhythms of business, executive reporting, communications, and governance processes that ensure accountability and successful execution across stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred
