What you’ll do: The position will be responsible for leading all Facility Management,administrative & workplace functions across the site. The role will ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment while supporting business growth through effective infrastructure, support services, employee welfare initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. "• Provide overall leadership for Facilities Management, Administration, Workplace Services, Security, Employee Welfare, and Infrastructure functions across the site. • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of office buildings, utilities, infrastructure, common facilities, and employee support services to deliver a safe and productive workplace. • Oversee day-to-day operations relating to security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen services, travel, accommodation, medical facilities, landscaping, pest control, and other site support services. • Drive employee welfare and engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, sports activities, cultural events, recreational facilities, family engagement programs, and creche operations. • Lead the management of outsourced partners and contract workforce deployed across various support functions, ensuring service quality, productivity, and adherence to organizational standards. • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, contractor governance requirements, licenses, permits, and audit obligations applicable to facility and workforce operations. • Plan and execute infrastructure enhancement projects, workplace improvements, facility upgrades, space utilization initiatives, and commercial office management activities. • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, procurement support activities, asset management programs, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives. • Serve as the key point of contact for government authorities, regulatory bodies, local community representatives, and external stakeholders on matters relating to administration and facility operations. • Lead business continuity planning, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and support site safety initiatives to ensure operational resilience. • Support CSR, sustainability, and community development activities in alignment with the organization's values and commitments. • Develop high-performing Administration and Facilities teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
