As a Senior Product Delivery Associate on the Strategic Execution team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Working closely with product, operations, technology, and business leaders, you will help solve complex business challenges, implement scalable solutions, and drive execution of strategic priorities across products, regions, and lines of business. The projects you will be engaged in, are strategically important to the Payments organization and may be across products, LOBs, regions and global. Projects may include addressing efficiencies, controls, client and Sales experience improvements, product commercialization, applying automation and innovative technologies, addressing individual client or product challenges, and contributing to and advising on new product development. The Payments Strategy Execution team, part of Payments Business Transformation serves as the Payments organization internal advisory and execution partner. The team delivers strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, strengthen controls, improve client experiences, and support business growth.
Job responsibilities
Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives across the Payments organization. Manage project workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement with little oversight. Develop recommendations and present insights to senior management. Drive implementation of controls and governance activities. Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or payments, consulting, product management, or a related field. Strong project and process management skills with a proven ability to drive execution. Experience with data analysis and problem solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of the payments products, processes, and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field required. Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area Experience in product deployment processes Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle Experience in wholesale banking or Treasury Services/payments Advanced degree preferred
