Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way as possible. In this way, Amazon Brazil Ops Team is looking for an experienced manager with a strong focus on delivering results, to manage and execute the Brazil Network speed planning, working closely with Delivery Experience team, transportation, fulfillment centers and all the operations teams across the country. Key job responsibilities • Execute the speed plan to meet delivery speed requirements and improve Customer Experience (CX), ensuring alignment with the business North Star and organizational goals. Own the tracking of milestones, escalate risks, and drive execution cadence across stakeholders. • Own and maintain the speed plan for all channels in Brazil, building and updating requirements connected to all operational miles and nodes (fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations). Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure plan accuracy and completeness. • Develop and maintain tools and mechanisms that enable visibility into speed improvement goals, tracking progress against targets and surfacing gaps to leadership for decision-making. • Partner with fulfillment and transportation teams to connect strategy across each mile, identifying opportunities to optimize Cost to Serve by channel. Provide data-driven recommendations and support trade-off discussions. • Build and maintain reports that communicate speed results to stakeholders. Conduct analysis on area-level performance to identify root causes of speed defects and propose corrective actions. • Draft strategic documents that clearly communicate the supply chain speed vision, supporting senior leadership reviews with structured narratives, data, and actionable insights.
