Job Title People Services Advisor - Spanish Bilingual (Night shift) Job Description Summary This individual will serve as the frontline point of contact for employee inquiries across a wide range of functions, including but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Regulatory & Compliance, Employee Relations, Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS, Procurement, and Accounts Payable. They will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to standard company processes and the effective use of various systems and platforms. While primarily prioritizing and responding to inquiries received in Spanish, this individual will also provide support to the English-speaking employee population as needed.

About the Role: Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support to employees and managers across North America. Respond to inquiries related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, HR systems, and other HR-related processes. Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and HR case management platforms. Resolve employee inquiries accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive employee experience. Maintain accurate documentation and records across HR systems and tools.
About You
Bachelor's degree, and with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience supporting a North America employee population within a large and complex organization. Minimum B2-level Spanish proficiency (written and verbal). Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Amenable to working night shifts and during Philippine holidays. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
