This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Summary
Responsible for leading the strategy, structure, and execution of CGS growth initiatives for internal and external clients. This leader will work with US and international teams to bring rigor and discipline to global delivery, create standardization, strengthen capability development, reinforce client centricity, and align growth priorities with CGS’s strategic plan, capability roadmap, client priorities, and enterprise objectives. Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and enterprise support functions, this role will translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions, operating models, business cases, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, commercial constructs, and client engagement strategies that enable enterprise transformation and long-term growth.
Position
Responsibilities Lead enterprise client partnership and solutioning efforts to expand adoption of CGS capabilities across Elevance Health while supporting external commercialization opportunities. Drive agentic AI deployment across CGS services to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, scalability, and delivery performance. Partner with U.S. and international delivery teams to standardize technology and business operations delivery practices. Work with Business CIOs, senior business leaders, and enterprise partners to identify demand, shape client-centric opportunities, align priorities, and support adoption. Define scalable service offerings, capability maturity expectations, delivery standards, and talent needs for priority growth areas. Create sales, solutioning, transition, delivery, governance, and service management playbooks for CGS offerings. Develop contracting vehicles, commercial constructs, business cases, and service models for scalable internal and external delivery. Support proposals, partnerships, market positioning, and executive decision materials that advance CGS growth opportunities. Maintain operational readiness by tracking owners, dependencies, timelines, risks, decisions, and implementation progress. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Position
Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercialization, business development, growth strategy, operating model design, consulting, healthcare services, enterprise transformation, sales strategy, financial management, or program leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
