As an Assistant Manager at FELT, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence. In this leadership position, you will oversee daily bar operations, including labor management, scheduling, inventory control, and beverage stocking, while supporting a high-performing team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
