To grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Work is assigned, and general instructions are given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects. Participates in various aspects of solution development and support. Contributes in the creation of detailed project plans and assists in the management and control of assigned projects and tasks. Effectively communicate and work with other team members (from business sectors and other IT teams) to develop system requirements. Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems. Escalates non-standard problems or issues. Assists in testing solutions. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: BS or equivalent experience. Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools. Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools. Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with both IS and business personnel. Salesforce Admin Certification preferred. Understanding of the platform, data loader & data management, process builder, flows, approval processes Other Job-Related Components: Applicable applications experience as defined by the hiring manager.
