About this role
Partner with Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) U.S. Brand teams, including Control, Franchise Administration, Legal, and Planning, as well as Accounts Receivable Cash Specialists, to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of accounts receivable data and transactions. Monitor and reconcile franchisee and customer account activity, investigate discrepancies, resolve billing and payment issues, and support the timely and accurate recording of receivables.
