Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. 2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level. 3. Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas. 4. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas 5. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities 8. Conducts preliminary analysis 9. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management Knowledge :• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required • Highly flexible and adaptable to change Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification is preferred. Eligibility for Internal partners •3 years as a Team Leader to move as a Section Manager currently at an Officer level. •24 months as a Consultant to move as a Senior Consultant. Movement within Senior Consultant and Section Manager is applicable if they have prior 36 months of people management experience.
