The VP acts as the critical regional bridge between Global Platform and Data Services teams and LATAM country organizations, ensuring that Citi's digital capabilities are effectively positioned, delivered, and adopted to meet the evolving needs of corporate and institutional clients across the region. With increasing digitization reshaping treasury and financial operations globally, this role demands a professional who combines deep knowledge of corporate Digital Platforms — including Corporate Online Banking, Host-to-Host connectivity, API-based integration, and ERP/TMS connectivity — with the ability to influence across a large and matrixed organization. Developed communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills are essential to guide and align colleagues across geographies, business lines, and functions. The impact of this role extends across the LATAM region, directly shaping the Digital Platforms strategy, market delivery, and client experience that drive Citi Services' overall performance and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
Partners with LATAM country teams and Global Platform and Data Services (PDS) to develop and execute mid and long-term strategic plans that position Citi's Digital Platforms as the preferred suite of solutions for corporate clients across Latin America Serves as the primary regional liaison between Global PDS teams and LATAM country organizations, representing regional market needs in global product discussions and ensuring alignment on roadmaps, delivery timelines, and investment priorities Proactively monitors market developments, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes across LATAM countries, translating insights into actionable Digital Platforms strategies and prioritization recommendations Drives adoption and commercialization of Citi's Digital Platforms — including Corporate Online Banking (CitiDirect), Host-to-Host (H2H) file-based connectivity, API-based integration, ERP and TMS connectivity, and SWIFT services — by working closely with Sales and Client Management teams Partners with country Digital Platforms managers, Product Managers, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution of Digital Platforms strategies at the local level, supporting training and enablement to strengthen commercialization Contributes to the development and refinement of Digital Platforms roadmaps and innovation initiatives with a regional lens, ensuring global capabilities are adapted and fit for LATAM market requirements Engages with senior client stakeholders to understand evolving digital needs, presenting Citi's Digital Platforms and gathering market intelligence to inform product development and competitive positioning Supports the identification and execution of regulatory and market delivery requirements across countries, working with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and compliant platform launches Collaborates with cross-functional teams — including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales — to deliver end-to-end Digital Platforms solutions for Citi clients across the region Monitors and tracks delivery milestones across LATAM markets, proactively managing risks, removing obstacles, and escalating issues where needed to ensure business results Builds consensus and awareness of Citi's Digital Platforms value proposition throughout the organization and with key partners, producing and refining market-specific materials that arm
