Job Overview

Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers and identifies opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. Your main tasks

1. Monitoring & Early Detection (Signals)

Monitor supplier-related alerts and respond to urgent issues based on predefined escalation criteria Review supplier performance vs. committed capacity and flag deviations Monitor Supplier Heatmap to identify risks impacting fill rate and delivery performance Review potential red risks related to tooling or capacity via IBP / planning systems

2. Issue Management & Tracking

Maintain and update supplier constraint visibility through tools such as GCM Track and review Past Due (PD) top offenders and highlight systemic risks Support preparation of escalation packages with data, impact, and root cause insights

3. Analysis & S&OP Preparation

Support Past Due projections and supply risk outlook for S&OP cycles Consolidate supplier feedback and improvement actions into structured S&OP inputs Provide analytical insights on supplier constraints, capacity gaps, and recovery outlook

4. Coordination & Decision Support

Prepare data inputs and analysis for capacity review and consensus discussions Support cross-functional alignment by translating data into actionable insights Track tooling and capacity-related timelines and highlight risks or delays

5. Systems & Data Management

Log and maintain supply constraints and updates in planning systems (e.g., GCM, IBP) Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across supplier performance tracking tools Support reporting automation and continuous improvement of supply visibility dashboards

6. Continuous Improvement & Transformation

Support deployment and adoption of supplier collaboration tools (e.g., SupplyOn) Identify opportunities to improve data visibility, reporting efficiency, and planning processes Drive standardization of supplier monitoring and reporting practices

Your ideal Background

2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Operations Experience in supplier performance management, capacity tracking, or materials planning preferred Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and demand-supply balancing Strong experience with data analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
