About the role- This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and product support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia Investigating and processing over-supplied and under-supplied product claims Assessing and coordinating warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders Performing basic product repairs where required Merchandising products and creating engaging in-store displays Delivering product training and support to team members Coordinating stock retrieval and movement to support operational requirements Skills & Experience you need to have- Ideally you will have experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industries. (preferred) Your passion for great customer service and sales will be complimented by strong communication skills and a great team-focused attitude!
