Delivery Escalation Engineer This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Key responsibilities include providing advanced technical case reviews, performing root cause analysis, identifying and mitigating product defects, and coordinating with Software Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve code-level issues.  You will be expected to navigate complex distributed systems, troubleshoot across multiple technology stacks, and drive end-to-end incident resolution while maintaining a strong focus on customer impact.. What you need to bring:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Typically, 10+ years’ experience. Knowledge and Skills: A deep understanding of one or more of the following areas of networking  PTX, MX, ACX and QFX Product Platforms Experience with data center networking and troubleshooting. Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies such as VXLAN, MPLS and SR-MPLS or SRv6 Familiarity with data center interconnect (DCI) technologies, including EVPN. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·  Ability to review customer environments and identify issues quickly.  ·  Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customers.  ·  Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and expand technical skills.  ·  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.  ·  Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with engineers and stakeholders at all levels.
