Field & Channel Cost Lead - Japan Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for managing P&L for Field & Channel in Japan ensuring alignment with country manager and Japanese stakeholders. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. Financial Management: Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) for Field & Channel functions in Japan ensuring alignment with budget and financial goals. Lead the development and execution of the Field & Channel spend budget. Manage monthly flash & accrual processes for accurate cost forecasting and identification of variances. Analyze cost trends and variances across Field & Channel functions, proactively identifying cost reduction opportunities. Lead and implement cost reduction initiatives to bridge any gaps between actual costs and budgeted/forecasted costs. Manage centralized processes for Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice Management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Work with WW stakeholders to drive efficiency programs in Japan. Business Partnering: Support business owners in cost optimization for Carepacks (customer support service packages) within Field & Channel. Actively participate in country’s partner rate negotiation activity. Represent CS F&C finance in reviews with country MD. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CS Delivery Functions (Customer Care Centers, Supply Chain), CS Category Management, CS Finance Team, CS Quality Team, CS Transformation Program Managers, CS Digital & Customer Experience, Country Market & GBU (Global Business Unit) & COE (Center of Excellence), and MDS (Managed Delivery Services) Category.
Education & Experience
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 12+ years of work experience, operations, customer support, finance, or business management. Strong financial and business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management.
