Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Engineer - Testing & Quality Assurance Automation and Manual Tester A Quality Analyst (QA) plays a crucial role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet high-quality standards. We are looking for a Senior Automation & Manual Tester with relevant experience to lead testing strategy and framework development across enterprise applications. This role involves mentoring junior testers, defining scalable automation solutions, and integrating testing into DevOps workflows.

Define and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies for web and API layers. Develop scalable automation solutions using Selenium, Java/Python, and BDD frameworks. Lead code reviews, enforce automation standards, and ensure test coverage. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA teams for CI/CD integration. Mentor mid-level testers and provide technical guidance and training. Create Test plans, and review test cases Define test strategies, plans, and coverage metrics for manual testing. Review and approve test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices. Collaborate with stakeholders for UAT planning, execution, and sign-off. Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in manual testing. Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and defect prevention strategies.   Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent Expert in Selenium, Java/Python, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber). Strong experience with API automation and performance testing tools (JMeter). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud testing platforms. Familiarity with test management tools like Azure Dev Ops, Azure Test Plan, JIRA Advanced understanding of automation best practices, scalability, and test data management. Experience of managing team of manual and automated testers BDD frameworks (Cucumber) API automation and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Azure DevOps for test management Automation best practices, scalability, and test data management. Create Test plans, and review test cases Experience with testing Salesforce applications Strong knowledge of integration testing, SQL, and data validation techniques. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Selenium, Java/Python Performance testing tools (JMeter) Test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) Experience in process improvement and defect strategies Exposure to advanced coverage metrics and reporting Knowledge of automation concepts
