This role combines analytical expertise with operational finance management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drives strategic decision-making. You'll also play a key role in strengthening finance governance across the account — helping implement governance frameworks and controls, then embedding them into business-as-usual (BAU) operations so they hold up over time. You'll work closely with the Regional Finance Lead, operations teams, and onsite facility teams to deliver exceptional financial insights and support. Your work will span monthly financial close processes, variance analysis, budget preparation, vendor payment coordination, finance governance implementation, and process improvement initiatives that require both technical precision and business acumen. What your day-to-day will look like: Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management commentary for client accounts across Singapore and Oceania, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Support the Regional Finance Lead in business, operational, and financial decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights and risk mitigation recommendations Measure and review financial KPIs for client accounts across Singapore and Oceania, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement or concern Partner with operations teams to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and quality improvements that enhance service delivery while optimizing financial performance Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing insights that support strategic decision-making Work with JLL Business Services (JBS) to manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping Coordinate the timely processing of JLL invoices and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring effective management of JLL cashflow across Singapore and Oceania Collaborate with the Regional Finance Lead to maintain and update guidelines and manuals associated with accounts payable and receivable processes Support the implementation of finance governance frameworks and controls across the account, and drive their transition into business-as-usual (BAU) processes so improvements are sustained Serve as the financial point of contact for onsite facility teams, guiding them in compiling vendor data and responding to financial queries while building trusted relationships Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operational finance, preferably within commercial real estate or professional services
