Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : As a Lead, responsible for Workday hcm delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday HCM implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Experience : Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and Security. Experience with configuration, customization,. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Core HCM is mandatory.

Professional Attributes : Minimum 5.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
