Group/Division The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Field Support Supervisor to lead field service execution and deliver exceptional customer results. What You’ll Do Lead installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities for KLA systems at customer sites Assure training and certification of a team of engineers Develop and drive a positive, collaborative work environment Learn/ Model KLA business processes Be a positive leader that develops team Coordinate rapid response to critical issues and customer escalations Drive escalations and assure customer focused approach Drive operational excellence through strong systems, documentation, and execution discipline Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships Manage cost through effective resource deployment and install case oversight Present business updates and performance insights to senior leadership Represent Customer Operations in Product Life Cycle teams Partner cross-functionally with engineering, customers, and leadership Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing field support team What You Bring 3–5 years in a lead or supervisory role 3–5 years supporting semiconductor capital equipment BS/AA degree or equivalent experience Strong project management and organizational skills Clear communication and confident presentation abilities Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills Why KLA Work on cutting-edge semiconductor technology High visibility with senior leadership and product teams Real ownership driving customer success and operational impact Minimum Qualifications Associate of Science degree or work relevant/related work experience of 3 years About KLA We provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
