Meet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding parts and accessories. Pick, stage, ship, receive, and stock automotive parts and inventory accurately and efficiently. Pull parts according to customer, technician, or order requirements and stage them in the appropriate shipping lane. Identify the correct pick location and sequence in accordance with each order. Box and package outgoing orders securely to help prevent damage during shipping. Receive incoming inventory and ensure parts are stocked in the correct locations. Accurately price parts and accessories using the appropriate pricing source and maintain current information in the computer system. Inform customers of current parts and accessory specials and promotions. Maintain accurate inventory, order, shipping, and receiving records. Help maintain the professional appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the parts department and warehouse. Work effectively with customers, technicians, service advisors, vendors, and other dealership personnel. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or department leadership.

One or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department preferred. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience is a plus. One or more years of sales or customer service experience preferred. CDK experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment. Professional appearance and work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license in the state in which you will work and a good driving
